What it is
An artifact-bound decision engine for industrial troubleshooting. Every recommendation is anchored to the specific evidence artifact that triggered it, and an HMAC-SHA256 chain binds the recommendation, the operator who acted on it, and the outcome that followed. It won't escalate a decision past the evidence the artifact actually supports.
It's built for environments where someone may later ask "why did you do that?" — and the honest answer needs to be reconstructable, not remembered.
It runs on the same open-source discipline as the rest of my work — the Lindsey Provenance Discipline, the standard that won't let a recommendation advance past the evidence behind it. That discipline exists for one reason: the troubleshooting knowledge that keeps critical facilities running lives in people's heads, and it walks out the door at every retirement.
